Dew has years of experience working with Tribal Governments and is eager to extend her understanding of best practices and opportunities to collaborate with her clients and associates. Dew understands that aligning with community initiatives and local leadership is imperative to the success of many organizational goals, and works to foster these relationships.
External Relations
Dew will assist you as you develop you brand’s identity and community messaging. This includes marketing campaigns, meeting coordination, and social media campaign review.
Community Organizing
Developing a business in any place includes understanding community need and engagement opportunity. To make community change that lasts there has to be opportunity for a shared visioning and collaboration. Dew’s experience with campaigns like the US Census and national learning campaigns have equipped her with a deep understanding of this work that she will use to move your work forward.
Coaching
Starting a new endeavor is never easy and can be scary, which is why we are excited to equip you with a supportive and encouraging team to keep you motivated. Dew offers coaching in communication, brand identity, cultural identity, cultural healing, and community programming.
Community Programming
We love supporting ideas that bring our community together. Most of all we love supporting creative ways to celebrate community members, cultural identify, and local businesses. We can help you develop your ideas and work with you to execute the programs you’ve designed.
Grassroots Organizing
Organizing large movements can be a lot to digest at once. Dew will assist with strategy and onboarding of new members as you develop your campaign as well as messaging for your campaign. She will help with visioning to ensure your work stays on course with your mission.
Cultural Awareness
Our community has so much joy and beauty to celebrate. We also have a lot of history that we must work to understand together. Zuya Sica creates and provides opportunities to celebrate Lakota Culture as a means of healing. Dew also offers cultural programming and training courses for those wanting to learn more about supporting their Lakota community members.
Community Programming & Development
Our community benefits when local businesses thrive. We want to support those who have ideas to develop our community. Events and community programming are an excellent way to do so, and we are prepared to support these opportunities with project management, coordination, design, and marketing support.
